Where are you based?
Currently I work from my home studio in Paris (9ème). Rest assured that wherever in the world you’re located, we’ll work with the same level of close collaboration.
How much does mixing cost?
I take on singles and album projects with a wide range of funding - contact me for label rates or to discuss what’s possible for independent budgets.
What’s the process?
Projects start by scheduling to reserve dates.
Mix-ready files are required at least one weekday before the start date but further in advance is recommended.
The first song establishes the vibe, and we’ll work together to achieve the desired direction. Then I’ll work on the other songs sending you high quality MP4 files for review and high level feedback.
Once all songs have a working mix, we’ll incorporate your revisions. Quoted rates include three rounds of unlimited revisions per round.
Will you produce my record?
Errrr…. Maybe? These days I focus on mixing but feel free to drop me a line if you want to discuss a production or engineering project. I still take on interesting in-studio projects from time to time.
Are your services eligible for FACTOR reimbursement?
Technically yes, though you should confirm this with your project coordinator on a case by case basis.
Can you give me a professional opinion of my own mixes?
Absolutely! I offer detailed mix reviews with as many suggestions as I can think of at a very reasonable rate.
Do you also master?
Sometimes - as long as I feel like I’m a good fit. Otherwise I’ll refer you to someone who I trust will do a great job for you.
Is there any fine print?
Securing dates requires a deposit of 50%
For payment in any currency, I accept credit cards and PayPal. CDN$ payments are also possible by cheque, or by Interac E-Transfer. Euro € payments can also be made by cheque or wire transfer.
Please make sure your files are Mix-ready and are delivered on schedule to avoid being billed for additional time.
Balance is due on the sign off of the mixes. Full resolution mixes will be sent upon receipt of total outstanding.
Processed stems are not included and can be created on request (billed hourly).
